Diana received her law degree from Mercer University in Georgia. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida's Federal Court. She is a past recipient of the Davis Productivity Award given for her recovery of over $100,000,000 in Medicaid Fraud. She has also twice received the General Distinguished Service Award from the Office of the Florida Attorney General. Prior to joining The Chase Firm, Diana served as Senior Assistant Attorney General for the state of Florida where she prosecuted major fraud cases on behalf of the state.
